Knowing how hard it can be to keep up with abolition bills in each state, we created this post in order to help our fellow abolitionists stay up to date with what is happening concerning bills of equal protection.

Final Status: Assigned to House Judiciary Committee where Republican Jim Hill refused to give the bill a hearing.

Final Status: Filed 2/23/23. Referred to Criminal Jurisprudence Committee where it was denied a hearing by Democrat Chair Joe Moody.

Final Status: Filed 3/9/23, referred to State Affairs and denied a hearing by pro-life committee chair Bryan Hughes.
